美乐涂膜剂对大鼠皮肤溃疡及体外抑菌作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究美乐涂膜剂对大鼠皮肤溃疡的治疗作用,为其临床应用提供药理学依据。方法:造大鼠缺损性慢性皮肤溃疡模型。观察创面大体情况及完全愈合时间、计数成纤维细胞数、新生毛细血管数;采用二倍稀释法及药敏纸片法测定大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌的最小抑菌浓度、最小杀菌浓度及抑菌圈大小。结果:美乐涂膜剂高剂量组能明显加快皮肤愈合时间;增加术后第7d和降低第14d肉芽组织中成纤维细胞和新生毛细血管数量。对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌、大肠埃希菌均有较好的抑菌和杀菌作用。结论:美乐涂膜剂通过调节成纤维细胞数量和新生毛细血管数量、抗炎抑菌达到促进溃疡大鼠皮肤愈合的作用。 Objective: To study the treatment function of meile plaster on skin ulcer wound, so provide a pharmacology to learn ba- sis for its clinical application. Method: The model of chronic skin ulcer was estsblished. Wound healing process and healing time were observed and recorded. The number of fibroblasts and new blood capillaries were observed, the minimum inhibitory concentration, mini- mum bactericidal concentration and size of inhibition zone of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginous were ob- served using double dilution method and disk sensitivity method. Result: Meile plaster high dose group was significantly speed up the healing time of skin,increased after the 7th day and reduced after 14th day of granulation tissue fibroblasts and the number of new cap- illaries. Meile plaster of Staphylococcus anreus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans were better role of bacterio- static and bactericidal, especially against Staphylococcus aurens, Candida albicans. Conclusion: Meile plaster could regulate the num- ber of fibroblasts and new capillaries, anti-inflammatory role of inhibition to promote healing of skin ulcers in rats.
