养阴清肺糖浆的养阴化痰作用实验

Study on Yangyinhuatan Role of Yangyinqingfei Tangjiang

目的:研究养阴清肺糖浆的养阴化痰作用。方法:进行了小鸭气管纤毛运动实验、对腹腔注射毛果芸香碱引起小鼠腺体分泌实验和对阴虚小鼠耐低温的实验。结果:养阴清肺糖浆能促进小鸭呼吸道内腺体分泌、粘液移动速度及气管纤毛运动;能明显增强毛果芸香碱引起的小鼠流涎作用,加强小鼠腺体分泌能力;同时还能对抗氢化可的松所致阴虚小鼠的耐寒能力下降,明显延长小鼠在低温下的存活时间。结论:养阴清肺糖浆具有一定的养阴化痰作用。

Objective： To study the yangyinhuatan role of yangyinqingfei tangjiang. Method： The duckling＇ s trachea ciliary movement experiment was performed, abdominal cavity injected pilocarpine which caused mice ＇ s gland secretion experiment and yinxu mice resisted low temperature experiment were performed. Result： Yangyinqingfei tangjiang can promoted duckling＇ s gland secretion in re- spiratory tract, move velocity of phlegm and trachea ciliary movement, obviously enhanced mice＇ s salivate which caused by pilocarpine and the mice＇ s ability of gland secretion was strengthed. At the same time,it can also withstanded yinxu mice＇ s ability of resisting low temperature which caused by hydrocortisone, and the mice＇ s survival time at low temperature was obviously prolonged. Conclusion： yangyinqingfei tangjiang has a certain role on yangyinhuatan.
