摘要
目的:考察派莎防晒霜在长波紫外线(UVA)区的防晒效能,为处方设计、制备工艺、人体试验提供参数;方法:利用TU1901型双光束紫外/可见分光光度计,石英池胶带涂样、石英板胶带涂样分别测定样品的吸光度和透光率,综合评价其在UVA区的防晒效能。结果:派莎防晒霜在UVA区吸光度为1.156,30～180 min之间透光率为:3.06%～6.19%,具有良好的防晒效能;结论:紫外分光光度法用于该产品在UVA区的防晒效能评价,方法简便、重复性良好。
Objective ： To investigate the efficacy of UVA protection of Paisha sunscreen cream and provides foundation for the formulation, preparation and human trials. Method： With TU1901-type double-beam UV/Vis spectrophotometer,the absorption factor and transmittancy of samples were measured after coated with quartz pool or plate adhesive tape by Ultra-Violet Spectroscopy method, the ef- fectiveness of sunscreen in UVB district was comprehensive evaluated. Result： The absorption factor of Paisha sanscreen cream was 1. 547 ,the transmittancy was 3.06-6.19% between 30 min and 180 min, its effectiveness of snnsereen was medium intensity. Conclu-ion： The efficacy evalution of Paisha sunscreen cream could be through Uhra-Violet spectroscopy method, this method is convenient and has a high reproducity.
