摘要
目的:建立测定脉络通颗粒中葛根素含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱Agilent XDB C_(18)柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(25:75),流速1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长250 nm。结果:葛根素的线性范围为35.28~141.12μg·ml^(-1),r=0.999 8,平均回收率为101.74%(RSD=0.5%,n=6)。结论:HPLC法简便,准确,其他组分不干扰测定,可用于本品的质量控制。
Objective : To establish a method for determination of puerarin in mailuotong granules by HPLC. Method: Separation was carried out on an Agilent XDB C18 column ( 150 mm ×4.6mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was methanol-water (25:75 ), the detection wavelength was at 250 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 ml.min-1. Result: The linear range of puerarin concentration was 35.28-141.12 μg. ml - 1 and correlation coefficient was 0. 999 8, The average recovery was 101.74% ( RSD = 0.5 %, n = 6). Conclusion: This method is convenient, accurate without interference and is suitable for the quality control of mailuotong granules.
