摘要
目的:观察并比较荷丹片与非诺贝特治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症的疗效。方法:45例2型糖尿病合并高脂血症病人应用荷丹片,2片,po,tid;另45例应用非诺贝特0.2 g,po,qd;观察8周。结果:荷丹片治疗有效率为93.33%,非诺贝特为97.62%,两组治疗前后比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05),两组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:荷丹片降脂作用明显,且副作用小,安全、可靠,适用于2型糖尿病合并高脂血症的治疗。
Objective： To observe and compare the efficacy of hedan and fenofibrate in the treatment of the patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with hyperlipaemia. Method： Ninety cases of type 2 diabetes complicated with hyperlipaemia were studied. Half of them were orally treated with 2 tablets of hedan tablet tid for 8 weeks ; and the other half were given fenofibrate 0. 2, po, qd for 8 weeks. Result： The effective rate of hedan tablet and fenofibrate were 93.33% and 97. 62% respectively. There were no statistical difference between two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Hedan tablet has remarkable effect of lowering blood lipid and is safe and reliable with slighter side-effect, so it is suitable for the patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with hyperlipaemia.
