百忧解对脑卒中并发抑郁症患者临床疗效观察

Clinical effects of fluoxetine in patients of stroke with depression

脑卒中患者继发抑郁症状时常较明显地影响其治疗及预后，对20例脑卒中合并抑郁状态患者，在综合治疗的同时，给予抗抑郁药百忧解治疗，发现百忧解治疗组治疗后患者神经功能及抑郁症状均较治疗前有明显改善。对照组治疗后神经功能虽也有所改善，但抑郁症状改善不明显。由此证明百忧解既可改善抑郁症状又有助于促进神经功能的恢复。

The effectivenessof clinical therapy and prognosis of stroke are unsatisfactory when it is accompanied by depression. 20 stroke patients treated with fluoxetine and conventional therapy obtained a better clinical condition, in whom the effectiveness was relatively unsatisfactory when convent1onal therapy was applied alone. It is suggested that fluoxitine can not only improve neural functlon but also reduce depression.
