A study on the index system of the performance assessment for the public secondary-level general hospitals in Shanghai

通过文献查阅、现有相关数据收集、专家咨询法和模拟评估法,设计一套适合上海市二级综合性公立医院的绩效评估体系;并根据模拟评估结果,确定了各类二级综合性公立医院的绩效等级判断标准。

An index system of the performance assessment for the public secondary-level general hospitals in Shanghai was designed with the methods of literature review, data collection, expert consultation and performance assessment simulation. According to the results of the simulated performance assessment in the public secondary-level general hospitals in Shanghai, the different criteria for performance classification were also made for the different types of the public secondary-level general hospitals in Shanghai.
