摘要
根据评价目的,在广泛征求管理和临床专家的基础上,建立由基本素质指标、医疗工作指标、卓越性指标等3个一级指标构成的评价指标体系,下设10个二级指标和44个三级指标,并引入"100+"的评价打分方法,全面、客观评价医生的各项工作。力图全面反映医生综合素质、工作效率和医疗质量,为人才选拔晋升、奖励分配提供依据,也为医生自身调整与提高提供导向。
According to the purpose of assessment, based on the advice of the experts of health administration and clinic, index system, which consists of three first class indexes namely basic quality, medical work and outstanding are built. Ten indexes of the second class and 44 indexes of the third classes are included. A new method named "100+ score" is used to evaluate doctors' working. The establishment of the assessment system can represent doctor' s comprehensive quality, work performance and medical quality. It can also provide the bases for talent promotion, award-giving and provide the guidance fur doctors' improvement.
