双向转诊“梗阻”原因分析及对策探讨

Causes and its countermeasures on "obstruction" of two-way referral

为了真正缓解"看病难和看病贵"问题,双向转诊是实施医疗卫生体制改革的突破方略。本文针对目前开展社区卫生服务过程中的双向转诊"梗阻"原因进行分析,并提出对策和建议,以期尽快完善双向转诊制度。

For the purpose of truly alleviating the problem of difficult medical services and expensive medical cost, two-way referral is the breakthrough strategy of implementation health system reform. The reasons of ＂obstruction＂ of two-way referral in the current process of development of community health services are discussed. Recommendations on improving two way referral system are also discussed.
