摘要
《护士条例》和《侵权责任法》规定护士发现患者病情危急通知医师的义务和医嘱违规的发现与报告义务。从证据学角度在护理记录上严格、详细记载发现患者病情危急报告医师的情况,充分利用药品说明书的禁忌症发现违规医嘱,了解本科室常规操作的禁忌症发现违规医嘱,保留护士通知医师的证据和发现违规医嘱并报告的证据,对于防范医疗纠纷,具有重要意义。
The nurses＇ obligations of finding and reporting when the illness is worsening or contraindication of medical order is regulated in accordance with Nurses Regulation and Tort Liability Law, Rigorous and clearly written down the records of crisis patients＇ reporting, finding contraindication of medical order in term of dispensatory and the contraindication in normal operation and keeping these evidences can play an important role on preventing medical dispute and doctor-nurses dispute.
