The evaluation of hospital medical teaching and discussion on its mode

目的:综合评价中山博爱医院教学现状及探讨现代医院医学教学模式,同时对教学调查问卷进行质量、可信度、效度进行评估,探讨是否可作为教学调查工具进行推广。方法:通过设计医学教学教师与学生教学调查问卷,对本院教学的教师及实习生进行问卷调查。结果:实习生对七个教学要素评分由高到低依次为:教学目的>教学反馈>师资>学生因素>教学内容>教学方法>教学环境;教师评分由高到低依次为:教学目的>学生因素>师资>教学内容>教学环境>教学方法>教学反馈。问卷信度与效度分析结果理想。结论:学生对七个教学要素重要性评价:教学方法>教学内容>师资>教学反馈>教学目的>教学环境>学生因素;教师对七个教学要素重要性评价:师资>教学方法>教学内容>教学环境>教学反馈>学生因素>教学目的;教学调查问卷适宜推广应用。

Objectives： To evaluate the current teaching situation in Zhongshan Bo Ai Hospital and explore the optimal medical teaching mode in modern hospital as well as evaluating quality, reliability and validity of the questionnaire used in the survey and to explore whether the questionnaire can be popularized as a general survey tool. Methods： Questionnaire research was carried out towards the teachers and students of the hospital. Results： The scores of seven teaching factors can be sorted as follow： teaching goal 〉 teaching feedback 〉 teaching qualification 〉 student factor 〉 teaching content 〉 teaching methods 〉 teaching environment in student＇ s view. But there were teaching goal 〉 student factor 〉 teaching qualification 〉 teaching content 〉 teaching environment 〉 teaching methods 〉 teaching feedback in teacher＇ s view. The result of the reliability and validity of the questionnaire was excellent. Conclusions： The evaluation of importance in teaching factors were teaching method 〉 teaching content 〉 teaching qualification 〉 teaching feedback 〉 teaching goal 〉 teaching environment 〉 student factor in student＇ s view. But there were teaching qualification 〉 teaching method 〉teaching contenl 〉 teaching environment 〉 teaching feedback 〉 student factor 〉 teaching goal in teacher＇ s view. The questionnaire was appropriate for generalization.
