摘要
概述我国铁路工业产品质量管理情况,介绍铁路产品质量技术监督机构发展历程和现状,总结铁路产品质量技术监督机构为铁路运输安全所做的基础保障工作。在分析我国铁路发展规划和国外铁路产品质量检测及认证工作的基础上,提出铁路产品质量技术监督工作的应对策略和发展方向。
The paper comprehensively reviews the quality management of China railway related manufactured prod-ucts,and introduces the development history and current status of quality and technical supervision Institution of railway related products,summarizes the fundamental guaranteeing work for railway transport safety done by quality and technical supervision Institution of railway related products.On the basis of analyzing China railway development planning and the quality inspection and certification work of railway related products abroad,the author puts forward the countermeasures and development trend of quality and technical supervision work of railway related products.
