肿瘤生存者认知功能障碍的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 过去的二十年，与癌症治疗相关的记忆力和注意力障碍已经引起越来越多的关注。美国每年有近100万接受化疗的患者，1999年美国总统癌症专家小组和国家癌症生存联盟正式把这一问题视为生活质量问题。研究已证明各种各样的癌症治疗均可导致永久性的认知缺陷，尤其是儿童患者：关于全身化疗在成年癌症生存者中所产生影响的研究也越来越多。本文总结癌症治疗对认知和行为产生影响的基本原理，
