VD预防罹患乳腺癌风险的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 维生素D(VD)不仅是已知的调节骨发育和钙稳态的物质,在最近的研究中发现它对体内其他组织也有广泛的影响。一些流行病学研究表明VD缺乏和暴露于太阳紫外线β减少会导致包括乳腺癌在内的一些癌症的风险增加,本文试对近年来维生素D与患乳腺癌风险的关系及补充VD安全范围的研究进展做一综述。
