胃肠道恶性肿瘤术中植入5-氟尿嘧啶缓释剂安全性分析

Safety of implanting sustainted release 5-fluorouracil during gestrointestinal tumor surgery

目的探讨胃肠道恶性肿瘤术中植入5-氟尿嘧啶植入缓释剂患者的安全性。方法将160例胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者患者随机分为2组,治疗组80例,行手术治疗并在术中植入缓释性5-氟尿嘧啶;对照组80例,予单纯手术。检测2组患者术前术后肝肾功能、血常规、凝血象等指标,比较术后并发症的发生情况。结果术后2组患者肝、肾功能,对骨髓抑制及凝血象无显著性差异(P>0.05);术后并发症发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论术中植入5-氟尿嘧啶缓释剂用于治疗胃肠道恶性肿瘤是比较安全的。

Objective To investigate the safety of implanting sustainted release 5 - fluorouracil during gestrointestinal tumor surgery. Methods Sustained release 5 - fluorouracil were implanted in 80 patients with gestrointestinal tumor during operation. Eighty patients as control group underwent operation alone. The liver and kindney functions, white blood cells, and clotting mechanism were detected pre-operatively and post-operatively in the two groups, and the incidence of complications were compared. Results Liver and kindney functions and clotting mechanism were not significantly different between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Post-operative complications were not significantly different between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Implanting sustained release 5-fluorouracil during operation is safe for gestrointestinal tumor.
