摘要
色谱工作站的主要功能是将色谱仪检测器中采集的模拟信号转为数字信号,再进行色谱峰判别及组分分析的计算机系统。本文提出基于PCI8020数据采集卡和多线程技术实现同时对四通道色谱仪检测器进行信号采集和组分分析。对色谱峰检测、色谱峰面积、峰高计算、色谱图的显示方法、组分定量计算方法等算法进行了讨论。通过对测试样品结果的分析,表明系统工作良好,实现了预期功能。
Chromatographic Workstation is a computer system with the function of transfurming analog signal collected in chromatography detector into digital signal, then making chromatographic peak discrimination and component analysis. Based on PC[8020 data acquisition card and muhithreading this article implemented signal eollecting and component analysis on four channel chromatography detector. Discussed spectra hump detection, area, height calculation, the display of chromatogram, compunent quantization. According to the analysis of test sample, a well-working system and the expected funetions ean be achieved completely.
