摘要
选用TLC-SRS技术对18种正品大黄与非正品大黄中的五种游离蒽醌甙元(大黄酚、大黄素甲醚、大黄素、大黄酸和芦荟大黄素)及其甙类组分进行了分析,并首次将其色谱结果坐标化、数据化,然后加以比较研究。结果表明;正品大黄与非正品大黄在五种游离蒽醌甙元及其甙类组分的存在上有很大差异;正品大黄可分成两类。同时还证实了该技术用以分析中药大黄中的蒽醌甙类组分是可靠和灵敏的。
The means of TLC-SRS (Separation-Reaction-Separation Thin Layer Chromatograph) is chosen to analyze the five anthraquinone aglycons (Chrysophanol, physcion, emodin, rhein and aloe-emodin) and theirglycosides in 18 species of qualified and unqualified medicinal rhubarbs, for the first time, the chromatograph outcomes are coordinated and data processed before being compared with each other and analyzed.The results show: there is a considerable difference of the five anthraquinone aglycons and their glycosidesexistance between the qualified and unqualified medicinal rhubarbs. The qualified medicinal rhubarbs can bedivided into two groups. In the mean time, the results have proved: It is reliable and acute to use TLC-SRSin the analysis of anthraquinone aglycons and glycosides of rhubarbs.
