阿托品对直接窦房传导时间的作用及其临床意义

摘要 观察阿托品2.0mg静注对21例窦房结(SN)功能正常病人及20例病窦综合征(SSS)病人的直接窦房传导时间(SACTd)的作用。用药前两组SACTd分别为88±16ms和170±50ms,用药后为44±9ms和134±35ms。用药前后SSS组的SACTd均较SN功能正常组为长(P<0.0005)。用药后SAcTd缩短百分率分别为49±10%和20±13%,SSS组者显著为小(P<0.0005);用阿托品后,4例SSS的SACTd恢复正常(<120ms)。 The effect of 2. 0mg of atropine intravenously on sinoatrial conduction time (SAC Td) from sinoatrial node electrogram was studied in 21 patientg without sick sinus syndrome (comparing group) and 20 Patients with the disease (SSS group) Before atropine. direct SACT (SACTd) was 88±16 ms in the comparing group and 170±50 ms in the SSS group. After atropine. SACTd was 44±9ms and 134±35ms, respectively in these two groups, which were significantly shortened as compared with those before atropine (P<0.0005). The Percentage of reduction of SACTd was 49 ±10%in the comparing group. 20±13% in the SSS group, their difference was significant(P<0.0005).After atropine, SACTd returned to normal value in 4 of the 20 SSS Patients (<120ms).It is concluded that atropine can reduce SADTd in both groups, but the role is less in SSS group than that in comparing group; and, it seems that parasympatheticotonia may bea type of SSS.
