摘要
扣件式钢管脚手架主要应用于普通砌体结构、混凝土结构施工中,对于要求搭设高度高并且承受很大荷载的特殊建筑施工并不适用。由于自身存在缺陷,扣件式钢管脚手架多次发生事故。为了适应现代建筑施工的需要,研究出新型脚手架支承体系——装配式格构承重支架。介绍了该支架的结构体系、结构特点、使用方法、验算内容及方法、应用要点等方面,并与传统体系进行比较。该成果已在国内外数十项大型工程施工中得到有效应用,具有很好的经济社会效益和继续研发潜力。
The steel tubular scaffold with couplers is mainly used in construction of ordinary masonry structure,concrete structure,but can not be used in the special constructions that require a large height and bear great load.Because of the defects of steel tubular scaffold with couplers,accidents often occur during construction.In order to meet the needs of modern building construction,assembled lattice load-bearing bracket is studied as the new scaffold support system.In this paper,the differences of traditional system with this kind of support have been compared in detail,including structural system,structural characteristics, using method,checked content and method,application points,etc.The practice shows that this bracket has been applied effectively in major projects in China and abroad.The system also has economic and social benefits.
