摘要
武汉天兴洲公铁两用长江大桥引桥墩身宽达32.6m,同一墩身上布置两片40m长PC箱梁,常规移动模架难以适用。为解决宽墩身妨碍移动模架走行过孔的技术难题,突破了主梁与模板结构彼此分离、利用墩身两侧空间走行的传统设计理念,提出了主梁和部分外模板结构合二为一、结合正交异形板底模的新型移动模架方案。着重介绍新型移动模架的结构设计和结构计算,总结设计要点及技术特点。应用结果表明,梁模合一型移动模架刚度大、自重轻、操作简便、实用性强。
The pier shaft of approach bridge of Tianxingzhou Highway-railway Yangtze River Bridge is 32.6m in width,with two 40-meter-long segments rested on its top. The normal moving support system is not practicable any more,as a result of the moving support system being obstructed by the pier shaft.The authors introduce a new type of moving support system which is characterized by integrating girder segment with partial external formwork and adoption of orthotropic plate as bottom formwork,which breaks through traditional design concept that the main girder is separated from the formwork and travels along the two outsides of pier shaft.This article focuses on the structural design and calculation of the newtype moving support system,and summarizes key points for design and technical characteristics.The application shows that the moving support system integrating girder with formwork is of high rigid,less self-weight and easily operative.
