摘要
以南充潆新公路光华1号桥梁工程为例,针对大跨度悬链线拱桥结构特点,采用土胎法施工。着重介绍拱桥施工工艺、线形控制、混凝土浇筑与养护、主拱圈线形复测、安全控制。同时阐述施工后异常现象分析与处治。结果表明,土胎法施工具有工艺简单、成本较低、安全性高、进度较快的优点,保证了工程质量和顺利完成。
The Guanghua No.1 Bridge locates in Yingxin road of Nanchong,which is taken as the example in this paper.Based on structural characteristics of large-span catenary arch bridge,the soil fetal method is selected to construct.Besides,key construction technologies are introduced on emphasis,including construction process,linear control of arch bridge,pouring and maintenance of concrete,repetition measurement of main arch linear and safety control.Furthermore,abnormal accidents are analyzed and treated after construction.The results show that the soil fetal method can have advantages of simple technology,lower cost,high safety and fast schedule,which can ensure engineering quality and completion on time.
