喷涂硬泡聚氨酯在屋面防水工程中的应用

Application and Analysis of Polyurethane Spray Foam in Roof Waterproof Engineering

不同类型的喷涂硬泡聚氨酯材料性能差异明显,可满足不同的屋面功能要求。通过工程实例,论述屋面采用Ⅲ型硬泡聚氨酯和SBS改性沥青防水卷材构筑复合防水体系设计、施工的主要内容及质量控制措施,阐明了Ⅲ型喷涂硬泡聚氨酯因具有良好防水性能,可作为屋面一道独立防水设防。

Different types of polyurethane spray foam are quite distinct from their material performance,as can satisfy different requirements of roof function.In this paper,design,construction and quality control measures of a compound roof waterproofing system consisting of Ⅲ type polyurethane spray foam and SBS modified bitumen waterproof roll roofing are illustrated by way of the actual project cases.The author demonstrates that Ⅲ type polyurethane spray foamand can be regard as a separate waterproof barroer due to its favourable waterproof properties.
