摘要
目的:研究静脉输注脂肪乳剂对大鼠急性坏死性胰腺炎早期脂质介质的影响。方法:逆行胰管注射3%牛磺胆酸钠建立SD大鼠坏死性胰腺炎动物模型,通过颈内静脉营养支持72小时,测定4、48、72小时血清淀粉酶、TXB2、6ketoPGF1α、PGE2,72小时行胰腺组织病理学评分。结果:4小时胰腺炎组大鼠血前列腺素类物质均增高,应用脂肪乳剂后可增加血6ketoPGF1α(糖脂组1569±1173pmol/L;全糖组291±61pmol/L,P<005)、PGE2(脂肪组614±15pmol/L;全糖组287±9pmol/L,P<005)含量,病理学评分全糖组和糖脂组间无差异。
Objective: To study the effects of intravenous fat emulsion on lipid mediators during early stage of acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP) in SD rats. Methods: ANP was induced by retrograd pancrcatic duct infusion of 3% taurocholate sodium. All animals received parenteral nutrition through the central vein for 72hrs. Serum Amylase (PNPG 7),6 keto PGF 1α , TXB 2, PGE 2were determined by RIA at 4, 48, 72h; The pancreas was dissected for histological scoring at 72h. Results: prostaglandins were increased in ANP groups at 4h. Intravenous fat emulsion could increase serurn levels of 6 keto PGF 1α , (156 9±117 3pmol/L; 29 1±6 1pmol/L, in fat and glucose administrating groups respectively, P<0 05, PGE 2(61 4±15 0pmol/L; 28 7±9pmol/L, and in fat and glucose groups respectively) at 4h, Histological scoring showed no defference between glucose group and fat group. Conclusion: Fat emulsion infused in the early stage of ANP can induce increase of serum anti inflammation prostaglandins.
