摘要
煤基一步法直接还原铁生产中,由于回转窑内需保持还原性气氛,所以窑内排出的烟气中含有较高的CO。这些烟气一部分引入链篦机,一部分送至余热发电。为使热烟气安全地进入链篦机和余热锅炉,必须让烟气中的CO在再燃烧室中燃烧殆尽。针对我公司直还生产线生产一段时间后出现的再燃烧室气流不畅,以及螺旋除渣机经常发生爆炸等问题,我们进行了现场勘察和分析,在此基础上提出了相应的改造方案,实施后取得了很好的效果。
During coal-based one step method DRI production, as reducing atmosphere should be kept in the rotary kiln, the flue gas discharged from the rotary kiln contains high CO content. A part of the flue gas is introduced travelling grate and a part of it is sent to waste heat generation section. In order to make the hot flue gas enter the travelling grate and waste heat boiler safely, the CO in the flue gas must be combusted up in the re-combustion chamber. In view of such problems as unsmooth gas in the re-combustion chamber and frequent explosion of screw slag eliminator during a period of time after direct reduction production line production, we made a site investigation and analysis, we proposed corresponding reconstruction scheme based on this, and good effect was obtained after its implementation.
