摘要
以周麦18为材料,研究了不同浓度的Fe3+、Zn2+及其混合液对小麦发芽率、α-淀粉酶活力和过氧化氢酶活力的影响。结果表明,低浓度Fe3+和Zn2+可促进小麦种子的萌发,高浓度Fe3+和Zn2+则抑制种子萌发;α-淀粉酶的活性随着Fe3+和Zn2+浓度的升高显著降低;过氧化氢酶活性随着Fe3+浓度的升高而降低,并随着Zn2+和混合液浓度的升高表现出先升高后降低的趋势。
The influences of Fe, Zn or intermixture treatments with different concentration on seed germination, and the activity of or-amylase and CAT in wheat were studied with the materials of Zhou Wheat 18. The results showed that Fe^3+ or Zn^2+ with low concentration could promote seed germination, the high concentration can produce. And the activities of or-amylase show significantly downward trend with the increasing of heavy metal concentration, The catalase enzyme show downard trend with the increasing of Fe^3+ concentration, the activities of CAT increase at first, and then decrease with the incresing of Zn^2+ or intermixture.
