摘要
以大白菜幼苗为试验材料,研究了不同浓度铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、铅(Pb)等重金属因子胁迫对白菜幼苗单株鲜重和叶绿素含量。结果表明:随着重金属Cu、Zn、Fe、Pb溶液处理浓度的提高,大白菜幼苗的单株鲜重均逐渐降低,而叶绿素含量则随着重金属处理浓度的增加呈现先升后降的趋势。另外,低浓度的重金属(Cu2+<0.1mmol/L、Zn2+<1mmol/L、Fe2+<0.2mmol/L、Pb2+<1mmol/L)并不影响白菜叶绿素的合成,甚至有促进作用;当达到一定处理浓度(Cu>0.1mmol/L、Zn>1mmol/L、Fe2+>0.2mmol/L、Pb2+>1mmol/L)时,大白菜生长明显受到抑制。
The effects of single heavy metals Cu, Zn , Fe and Pb on fresh weight and chlorophyll content of cabbage seedlings were studied in this experiment. The results showed that the fresh weight was deelinedwith the increase of the concentration of heavy metal while the chlorophyll content showed first increasing then decreasing. Lower concentration of heavy metal (Cu2+〈0.1 retool/L, Zn2+〈1 retool/L, Fe2+〈0.2 retool/L, Pb2+〈1mmol/L)had not inhibited the synthesis of chlorophyll.Heavy metal had signifieantlly inhibited synthesis of chlorophy with high concentration (Cu2+〉0.1 mmol/L, Zn2+〉l retool/L, Fe2+〉0.2 mmol/L ,pb2+〉 1mmol/L).
