摘要
选用14日龄和28日龄断奶杂交仔猪研究早期断奶应激对仔猪血液抗氧化酶活性的影响,测定血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性。结果表明,不同日龄断奶均使仔猪在断奶1周内遭受严重的应激反应,SOD和GSH-Px的活力明显下降(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01),断奶日龄越早,仔猪血液SOD和GSH-Px活力下降幅度越大。在实际生产中SOD和GSH-Px活性可以作为判断仔猪应激程度的参考指标。
Eighteen piglets were selected from 3 litters and divided randomly into 3 groups weaned at 14 days,28 days and naturally suckled through the experiment as a control to determine the effect of the weaning stress on antioxidant enzymes in piglets. The results showed that, the piglets of different weaning ages were suffered severe weaning stress after weaned 1 week and the levels of SOD and GSH-Px were significant decreased (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01),the more early weaning age,the more severely weaning stress. The indexes of SOD and GSH-Px can be use as references to determine weaning stress degree in pig production.
