摘要 2008年冬新乡一猪场突然发生一起以呼吸困难和发热为特征的传染病。根据流行病学调查、临诊症状观察和剖检变化,有目的地进行了实验室诊断包括多杀性巴氏杆菌和猪流感病毒的检测,证明该起疫情是由猪流感继发多杀性巴氏杆菌引起的。 In the winter of 2008, an infectious disease broke out in a pig farm in Xinxiang, which is characterized by dyspnea and fever. According to epidemiology investigation, clinical symptoms and pathological changes at autopsy, laboratory diagnosises, including detection of P. multocida and swine influenza viruses, were carried out on purpose, which eonflrmed that the outbreaks of disease was caused by P. multocida infection secondary to swine infuenza.
