Competitiveness cultivation of rural corporation in underdeveloped area on Diamond Model

农业企业竞争力培育是我国新农村建设的关键因素。综合前人研究成果,针对欠发达地区农业企业存在的问题,采用"钻石模型"理论的分析范式,提出欠发达地区农业企业竞争力提升的高级生产要素培育战略、生态农业发展战略、规模经济战略、成本领先战略、政府支持战略及把握机遇战略。

Competitiveness cultivation of rural corporation was key element to China＇s new rural construction. Based on the research of predecessors and diamond model theory, the competition strategies of fostering high-quality production essentials, developing ecology agriculture, scale merit, leading cost, government support and grasping opportunities were given in regard to problems of rural corporation in underdeveloped area.
