摘要
以三氯甲苯和氯乙酸为原料在催化条件下反应生成氯乙酰氯和苯甲酰氯 ,讨论了催化剂类型、反应温度对产物收率的影响。结果表明 ,以复合氧化锌作催化剂 ,反应温度 1 2 0℃、反应时间 2h,收率大于 98% 。
The reaction of benzoyltrichloride and chloroacetic acid form chloroacetyl chloride and ben- zoylchloride in the presence of catalyst. The effect of the catalysts and the reaction temperature on the yield of the reaction were studied. The results show thatusing complex catalystof Zn O,reaction tempera- ture at1 2 0℃ and reaction time for 2 h is the bestcondition for the reaction,with a yield of 98% . A separa- tion method of obtaining high- purity products for industrial production was presented.
