应力式振动对绝经后女性膝关节功能的影响

Effect of mechanical vibration on function of knee joints in postmenopausal women

摘要 目的:探讨应力式振动对绝经后女性膝关节功能的影响。方法:116例绝经后女性随机分为振动组和对照组,采用肌肉运动功能分析仪(MES)测定下肢最大肌力、膝关节活动范围、膝关节总障碍范围、膝关节总障碍程度。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)进行膝关节疼痛评分。振动组给予30 Hz频率、加速度幅值为2.94 m/s2的振动,共12周。结果:随年龄增加,下肢最大肌力、膝关节活动范围下降,膝关节总障碍程度增加(P<0.05);治疗后,振动组下肢最大肌力、膝关节活动范围提高,膝关节总障碍程度下降,膝关节疼痛评分显著降低,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);膝关节总障碍范围变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:随年龄增加膝关节功能下降,应力式振动可以改善绝经后女性膝关节功能,减轻膝关节疼痛程度,且无明显副作用。 Objective: To explore the effect of mechanical vibration on function of knee joints in postmenopausal women. Methods: 116 postmenopausal women were divided into therapy group and control group randomly. Women in therapy group were treated with mechanical vibration for twelve weeks, the frequency and amplitude of vibration were 30 Hz and 2. 94 m/s^2, respectively. Muscle force of lower limbs, range of knee joints motion, range and degree of knee joints dysfunction were determined by Mobility Evaluation System (MES) . The pain score of knee joints was determined by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) . Results: Muscle force of lower limbs and range of knee joints motion decreased, and the total degree of knee joints dysfunction increased with age (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; after treatment, muscle force of lower limbs and range of knee joints motion increased, the total degree of knee joints dysfunction decreased, and pain score of knee joints decreased, there was significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0. 05 ), but there was no significant difference in the total degree of knee joints dysfunction between the two groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Physical function of knee joints decreases with age. Mechanical vibration can improve the physical function of knee joints and relieve pain of knee joints in postmenopausal women. No significant adverse reaction was observed.
