射流携带床气化炉内混合过程的数值模拟 被引量:3

摘要 采用k-ε-E模型对射流携带床气化炉内α-萘酚与对氨基苯磺酸重氮盐的偶合竞争串联反应的分隔指数进行了数值模拟,研究了气化炉出口面积、长径比、两股射流动量比对分隔指数的影响。模拟结果表明,k-ε-E模型由于同时考虑了宏观混合和微观混合的作用,其预测值和实验测试值吻合较好。 In this paper X S (yield of second product) of the consecutive competitive azo coupling reactions between α naphthol and diazotised sulphanilic acid in the jet entrained flow bed gasifier has been modeled numerically by means of the k ε E model. Influence of exit area, momentum ratio and ratio of length to diameter of gasifier on X S were studied. It is suggested that macromixing and micromixing are considered at the same time in the k ε E model and the predicted data agrees well with experimentally measured data. So the k ε E model established in this paper is reasonable.
