摘要
以新型类肝素聚阴离子磺化羟丙基壳聚糖(HPCSS)为净化剂,研究其选择净化血液低密度脂蛋白(LDL)及纤维蛋白原(Fib)的性能。分别考察了净化剂用量和净化体系pH值对净化效果的影响,确立了较好的净化条件。结果表明,在pH=4.77~4.72,净化剂初始浓度4000mg/L时,磺化羟丙基壳聚糖具有良好的选择净化性能,是一种新型LDL/Fib净化剂。可使血浆总胆固醇下降45%~66%,低密度脂蛋白和极低密度脂蛋白下降70%~90%,纤维蛋白原下降近100%,而高密度脂蛋白及血浆总蛋白水平无显著变化。
The selective removal of low density lipoproteins (LDL) and fibrinogen (Fib) by novel heparin like material—hydroxylpropyl chitosan sulfate (HPCSS) was studied. The effects of pH value and the amounts of purifying agent on the LDL/fibrinogen purification were investigated. The experimental results showed that, HPCSS is a novel LDL/fibrinogen purifying agent, and it possesses good property for the selective purification of LDL and Fib when pH=4.77 ̄4.72 and the initial concentration of HPCSS is 4 000mg/L, and it's a novel LDL/Fib purifying agent. The reduction percentages were about 45% ̄66% for total cholesterol, about 70% ̄90% for LDL and very low density lipoproteins and almost 100% for fibrinogen. There was no significant changes for the level of high density lipoproteins and total proteins.
