蚕桑专业合作社发展的制约因素与对策分析

Compared Analysis on Restrictive Factors and Countermeasures of Chinese Sericulture Specialized Cooperatives

蚕桑产业的特性决定了专业合作社是其产业化发展的良好组织载体,然而中国蚕桑专业合作社发展中还存在诸多问题,这些问题的产生是诸多因素制约的结果。其中合作精神缺乏、买方垄断存在、专业化程度低、蚕农投资能力弱、合作社人才缺乏等,是现阶段制约中国蚕桑专业合作社发展的主要因素。因此,必须从这些制约因素入手,寻求中国蚕桑专业合作社的健康发展之道。

Characteristics of sericulture industry have determined that cooperatives are the best organization vector for sericulture industrialization, but the development of Sericulture Specialized Cooperative （SSC） in China is still very junior. The thesis found that the restrictive factors of Chinese SSC include： lack of cooperation spirit, existence of Buyer＇s monopoly, low degree of specialization, weak investment capacity of sericulturists and talent shortage of cooperatives. The sustainable development of Chinese SSC is depending on the resolvement of above problems.
