THE SYNTHESIS AND CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF 7, 8-DIMETHYL-3, 6-DIPHENYL-5-OXA-8-AZA-SPIRO [2.6]-NONANE-4, 9-DIONE

利用手性源（2R，3S）－3，4-二甲基-2-苯基-1，4-氧氮杂-5,7-二酮（1）合成了具有光学活性的7，8-二甲基-3，6-二苯基-5-氧-8-氮螺[2．6]壬-4，9-二酮（3）．测定了化合物（3）的晶体结构，并讨论了在环加成反应中的不对称诱导作用的机理．

Band on the synthesis of chiral compound (2R, 3S)-3, 4-dimethy1-2-phenyl -1, 4-oxazepine-5, 7-dione, 7, 8-dimethyl-3, 6-diphenyl-5-oxa-8-aza-spiro[2.6] nonane-4, 9-dione was synthesized in high optical purity. X ray single-crystal diffraction confirmed the crystal structure of this spiro-compound. The Crystal is orthorhombic, space group P212121 (#19) with Crystal parameters of a=1.049 6 (3) mm, b=2.862 6(3)mm, c=0.5938 (4) nm V=1.779(1)nm3, Z=4,Pc=1.252g·cm-3, 0.037. The X ray structure of compound (3) shoal the 1, 4-oxazepine-5, 7-dione ring displays a pseudoboat conformation in the Crystal.
