新形势下对高校博士生党建工作的思考

Thoughts of Doctoral Party-building Work in Colleges and Universities under the new Situation

中国共产党十七届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于加强和改进新形势下党的建设若干重大问题的决定》,根据目前党的自身建设存在的诸多问题,适时地就新时期党建工作做出了重要指示。本文根据《决定》精神就高校学生党建工作的新形势,阐述高校应大力加强博士生党建工作,加大博士生党员发展力度,以推动高校党的先进性长效机制建设,从而更深入地贯彻和落实《决定》的精神实质,提高高校党建工作的实效。

The fourth plenary session of 17th CPC central committee approved the Some Decisions on Major Issues Made by CPC Central Committee to Strengthen and Improve Party-- building under the new Situation, and timely made important instructions on the party--building work in the new circumstances, which is based on the current existence of many problems on party＇s self--construction. In the spirit o{ the Decision and under the new situation of the party--building work on college and university students, the paper holds that colleges and universities should vigorously strengthen doctoral party--building work, enhance the development of doctoral party members, and promote the party＇s advanced nature in colleges and universities and build long--term mechanism to implement in--depth to carry out the spiritual essence of the Decision, so as to improve the effectiveness of party--building work in colleges and universities.
