新升地方本科院校强化实践教学的挑战与对策——以肇庆学院为例

Challenges and Countermeasures of Strengthening Practice Teaching in Newly Upgraded Local Colleges

为提高教学质量,培育应用型人才,必然要强化实践教学。新升地方本科院校由于经济欠发达、扩招等诸多原因面临办学经费相对紧张、实践教学条件相对较差的挑战。对策是修订人才培养计划、建立实验室开放制度、加强校企合作等方面加强实践教学,从而实现培育应用型人才的目标。

To improve the quality of teaching, nurturing application--oriented talents, is bound to strengthen the practice of teaching. Newly upgraded local colleges because of enrollment, economic underdevelopment, etc. , causing the operating costs of the relatively tight, relatively poor teaching conditions in practice. The author proposed the amendments to adjust the personnel training program, to establish an open system laboratory, to strengthen school- enterprise cooperation, so as to strengthen the practice of teaching. Application--oriented talents to goal of nurturing will be achieved.
