摘要
从本科生实验、实习和毕业论文三个主要的实践教学环节出发,探讨了研究生的优势和作用。在高等教育扩招的今天,有效利用研究生这一重要资源,充分发挥其在本科实践教学中的作用,将很大程度上有利于本科教育的发展,更好地培养优秀的人才,完成高校的核心职能。
The advantages and effects of graduates were discussed from the experiment, practices and graduation thesis of undergraduates. On the background of expanding recruits, the graduates as important resource should be effectively utilized to help practice teaching of undergraduate. This will advantage development of undergraduate education, and realize the major university function of cultivating talent.
