发展农村合作组织,可以增加组织化收益,提高农民收入。农村合作组织的收益不但表现在价格上,而且可以在规模经济中表现出来。通过对农村合作组织的经济博弈分析发现,农村合作组织就是基于合作后能够给多方主体共同产生效益最大化,从而共同分享合作剩余,也为政府引导地方经济发展提供了有效的激励制度范式。农村合作组织的制度绩效主要体现在制度激励、克服"农户+公司"模式弊端、实现小农经济与市场经济的有效对接以及降低交易费用等方面。

The development of rural cooperative organizations can increase the benefits of organization and improve peasants＇ incomes. Income of rural cooperative organizations is not only reflected in the price, but also manifested in the economies of scale. Through economical game analysis on the rural cooperative organization, the paper found that based on the benefit maximization of cooperation for the multiple main bodies, rural cooperative organizations thereby shared the remaining of cooperation, and provided an effective incentive system paradigm for government guiding to local economic development. The system performance of rural cooperative organizations are mainly embodied in the incentive of system performance, overcoming defects of the model of ＂farmers ＋ company＂, achieving an effective abutment with small-scale peasant economy and market economy and lowering transaction costs and SO on.
