摘要
将企业危机置于新闻舆论环境中进行思考,分析了企业与传媒的关系以及对新闻舆论环境背景的认识,并着重分析论证了企业如何与传媒积极互动:诚实负责,发挥传媒作用;有效控制传媒介入程度;有效信息的透露与发布;避免冲突;长期的有效沟通等。
Reflecting through putting enterprise crisis into press and public opinion environment, the paper analyzed the relationship between business and the media and the understanding on the background of press and public opinion environment. The paper emphatically analyzed how companies interact positively with the media: honest and responsible, playing a role of the media, the effectively controlling of the degree of intervention of the media, disclosure and dissemination of effective information, avoiding the conflict; long-term effective communication and so on.
