摘要
通过半连续种子乳液聚合法,采用无羟甲基活性单体作为交联剂,成功研制出新型无甲醛静电植绒粘合剂。系统研究了共聚物T_g对聚合乳液性能的影响以及不同上胶量和焙烘温度对植绒效果的影响;通过红外和差示扫描量热法表征了聚合物的结构。实验结果表明,当T_g为-20℃时,所得聚合乳液各项性能指标优异;在静电植绒时,上胶量为250g/m^2,焙烘温度为140℃,时间为4min,所得植绒织物植绒牢度≥5800次,弯曲长度为1.97cm,手感柔软,半衰期为0.61s,抗静电性能优良,各项指标均达到了静电植绒织物FZ/T64011—2001一等品的标准。
New formaldehyde-free electrostatic flocking adhesive was sucessfully synthesized by semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization with non-hydroxymethyl active monomer as the cross-linking monomer. The effect of copolymer glass transition temperature on polymerization emulsion properties and the effect of different coating weight and baking temperature on flocking results were systemically investigated.The structure of copolymer was characterized by FT-IIL and DSC. The results showed that the better polymer emulsion can be prepared when T of copolymer was -20 ℃.Excellent flocking results were gotten when the coating weight was 250 g/m:,the baking temperature was 140 qC,time was 4 rain, the obtained electrostatic flocking fabrics have soft feel and good antistatic property,whose flocking fastness is over 5,800 times,bending length is 1.97era,half life is 0.61s,in line with the first-class goods of FZ/T 64011--2001 standard.
