GMA改性耐黄变强力接枝胶的研制

摘要 在甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)与氯丁橡胶(CR)的接枝反应中,引入甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA),使其支链上的环氧基团嫁接在CR主链上,可改善接枝胶与各种热固性塑料和大多数热塑性塑料的粘接力,且具耐黄变性,解决了制鞋业中EVA与PVC难以粘牢的难题。 In order to make epoxy groups in GMA branch chain be grafted on the main chain in CR, GMA was introduced in the reaction between MMA and CR. Thus cohesive force between the grafted adhesive and plastics was greatly improved. Additionally, it made the cohesive force to metal, glass, wood, concrete, paper, cloth etc. have substantial increase. So the GMA-modified adhesive gave a good solution to the knotty, i.e., EVA and PVC were difficult to bond together in shoe materials.
