摘要 针对目前现场γ能谱测量仪需要满足便携式、低功耗、高灵敏度等应用要求,设计了一款基于C8051F340片上系统微处理器的手持式现场γ能谱仪。该能谱仪采用低功耗的电源设计方案,并集成GPS现场定位功能;同时,采用软硬件结合的方式实现γ能谱测量的自动稳谱。其系统结构采用多功能一体化的设计方案,非常适合野外现场工作。高灵敏度γ能谱的实验结果验证了系统设计方案的可行性。 At present, the applicable requirements of portable, low power consumption, and high sensitivity are requested for field γ spectrometers, thus a handheld field γ spectrometer based on C8051F340 single chip computer has been designed. This spectrometer is designed with low power consumption power supply strategy and integrated the field GPS function. In addition, automatic stabilization of γ spectrum measurement is realized by combining hardware and software. The systematic structure features integration of multiple functions, it is suitable for field operation, and can implement γ spectrum measurement and analysis with high sensitivity in the field. The experimental result verifies that the design strategy is feasible
