摘要 针对涂料油漆、纺织印染等相关行业对控制产品的质量要求,结合新型集成色彩传感器TCS-230的特点,设计制造了手持式智能色度色差仪。该仪器采用光学积分球测量光路,使用集成型色彩传感器TCS-230进行色彩数据采样;同时利用单片机技术,将采集数据经过背景光扣除、标准色彩数据存储、样本色彩数据比对、函数插值、多项式求解等处理环节得到色度色差值,并将该值显示在LCD中。这些技术的应用使仪器达到了操作简便化、校准智能化的效果;与台式精密色度色差仪相比,它具有结构简单、成本低廉的特点。 To meet the quality control requirements in industries of coating materials, paints, and textile dyeing, the handheld intelligent chrominance meter has been designed and fabricated by combining the features of novel integrated color sensor TCS-230. In this instrument, the optical integrating sphere is used to measure the optical path, and the color signals arc sampled by TCS-230 sensor. In addition, by adopting technology of single chip computer, these data are processed, including background color deduction, standard color data storage, sample data intercomparison, function interpolation, and polynomial derivation, etc. Thus the values of chrominance arc obtained and displayed on LCD. These technologies make the instrument be easily operated and intelligently calibrated, comparing with desktop precise chrominanee meter, it is simply constructed and lower cost.
