Circadian Changes of Plasma Atrial Natriuretic Peptide

用放射免疫法测定22名正常人昼夜血浆心钠素值,结果心钠素24时为64.4±9.8pg/ml,8时和16时分别为196.3±30.0pg/ml和203.4±27.1pg/ml。提示心钠素值24时最低,与8时和16时比较,有非常显著差异(p<0.001)。

Plasma atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) was measured by radioimmunoassay in 22 normal subjects. The results showed that ANP was 64.4±9.8pg/ml at 2400 h, 196.3±30.0pg/ml at 0800 h, and 203.4±27.1pg/ml at 1600 h, respectively. Statistically significant differences existed between ANP at 0800 h, 1600h and 2400 h (p< 0.001).
