摘要
合成了试剂1-(2-苯并咪唑)3-E4-(苯基偶氮)苯基]-三氮烯(PIPAPT)并研究了其与镍(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,于pH9.60的H3BO3-KCl-NaOH缓冲介质中,试剂与镍(Ⅱ)形成4:1的橙红色络合物,在539nm处有-最大吸收峰,镍的质量浓度在0~0.50μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.74×10^4 L·mol^-1·cm^-1。方法用于铝合金标准样品中镍的测定,结果同认定值相-致,相对标准偏差为3.2%和2.9%。
A new reagent 1-(2-benzimidazolyl)-3-(4-phenylazophenyle)-triazene (PIPAPT) was synthesized and its color reaction with nickel(H) was studied. In the presence of non-ionic surfactant Triton X-100,the reagent reacted with nickel(H) to form a 4 : 1 orange-red complex in the medium of H3BO3-KCl-NaOH at pH 9.60. The maximum absorption wavelength was 539 nm. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0-- 0.50 μg/mL for nickel . The apparent molar absorptivity was 7.74 × 10^4 L.mol^-1.cm ^-1. The method has been applied to determine nickel(H) in aluminum alloy certified reference materials, and the results were consistent with the certified values with the RSD of 3.2 % and 2.9%.
