摘要
基于汽车转向梯形机构的平面模型,依据阿克曼原理,以外转向轮转角误差、转向中心误差Ⅰ、转向中心误差Ⅱ和转向前束误差建立4种目标函数,应用C++Bulider6.0软件编译优化设计程序,结合优化设计实例,分析4种目标函数下的优化效果,结果表明以转向中心误差Ⅰ为目标函数最合理.
According to the Ackerman principle,four kinds of objective functions including the angular error of outside steering tire, steering center error I , II , steering toe - in error are established based on the planar model of the steering trapezoidal mechanism in this paper. The optimization results under the conditions of the four kinds of objective functions are analyzed combined with optimized cases by using the C++Bulider6.0 software. The results indicate that it's the best solution when steering center error I is selected as the objective function.
