摘要 设计了λ1=1.06μm,λ2=1.54μm,f=1000mm,D=167mm,2ω=0.6°的平行光管物镜,由于系统要求低成本、中心无遮拦且结构简单紧凑,故采用离轴折反射结构形式。初始结构中,主镜采用抛物面反射镜,在其成像光束中加入一个光焦度为零且有空气间隔的同种材料组成的双透镜组,消除了正弦差。同时为了减小补偿透镜组的口径,使它们适当地靠近像面位置。利用ZEMAX优化结果表明传递函数达到衍射极限,完全满足设计要求。 This paper describes a method of designing a collimator with 1000 nun focal length, aperture of 167 mm and 0.6°~ field of view used when its primary wavelength is either 1.06 μm or 1.54μm. Choose off-axis catadioptric optical system to satisfy the request of low cost, without obscuration and simple- compact configuration. Primary mirror is an parabolic mirror in the original structure, then add same material made lenses, and the power of the combination is zero, it can help eliminating the offence against of sine condition. And get them close to the image plane properly to reduce the aperture of the double-separate lens. After optimizing the original data, MTF has achieved diffraction limit.
