摘要
对纳米TiO2光催化剂的溶胶-凝胶法合成工艺方法进行了改进。分别考察了不同掺杂金属离子(Fe3+、Cu2+、Pb2+)的不同掺杂量对TiO2的晶相和晶粒尺寸、光学性能、以及其光催化降解性能的影响。所得到的改性纳米TiO2光催化剂,扩大了对可见光响应范围,提高了光催化降解效率,对进一步利用太阳能治理工业有机废水有重要的参考价值。
The sol -gel route for preparing nanosized TiO2 was improved. Effects of various doped amount of metal ions( Fe^3+、 Cu^2+ ,Pb^2+ ) on crystal phase ,grain size, photics performance and the performance of photocatalysis were studied separately. The improved nano - size TiO2 photocatalyst expands the response range of visible light and improves the degradation ratio, so it has very important values in treating industry organic waste water by solar energy.
