摘要
以Pt片做工作电极和辅助电极,NaCl为活性电解质构成实验用50 mL电化学反应器,研究了水相中亚甲基蓝的电化学脱色过程。通过改变pH值、电流密度、染料浓度和NaCl浓度等调控因子,考察了不同条件下的降解过程。实验结果表明,添加NaCl可提高电解效率,在NaCl浓度为0.2mol/L、电流密度为10mA/cm2和室温条件下,5mg/L的亚甲基蓝经电化学降解1h,脱色率可达91.8%。pH对亚甲基蓝的脱色率影响较大,初始pH越小,脱色率越高。
Electrochemical decolourization of methylene blue in water was studied in 50 mL electrochemical reactor with Pt as electrodes and NaCl as active electrolyte. The influence of several factors such as pH, current density, concentrations of dye and NaCl was detected and discussed. The results indicate that the electrolysis efficiency can be increased by addition of NaCl, under the experimental conditions of NaC1 0.2 mol/L, methylene blue 5 mg/L, 10 mA/cm^2, the electrochemical deeolourization efficiency of methylene blue is 91.8%. The pH has obvious effect on the decolourization of methylene blue, the lower the initial pH value, the higher decolourization effect.
